Welcome to our Boho-themed, modern, and stylish Airbnb, centrally located near historic and tourist attractions, as well as cafes, bars, and restaurants. With 4 bedrooms, plenty of parking, high-speed internet, streaming services, natural light, and a dedicated office space, our space is perfect for business or leisure travelers. Close to Brown University, JWU, RISD, Whole Foods, and Starbucks, our Airbnb has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay

Our unit features FOUR beautifully designed BEDROOMS to comfortably accommodate your group. One bedroom boasts a luxurious KING BED, while the other three bedrooms each offer a cozy QUEEN BED, ensuring everyone enjoys a restful and relaxing stay. Comfy and well stocked ONE BATHROOM.

This unit is situated on the second floor of the house. Although there may be other guests on the first floor, you can expect a private and undisturbed stay.

Exploring the local events and festivities is one of the joys of traveling! We'll be sharing updates about upcoming events and local happenings (if available) before your stay. This way, you'll have all the details in advance and can plan ahead to make the most out of your visit!

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests, we require a brief background check before providing check-in instructions. This simple process involves filling out a short form and providing a copy of your ID, which helps us maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

Guests can opt for a $500 refundable security deposit fee (+$15 transaction fee) or $35 non refundable waiver before providing check-in instructions. This simple process involves filling out a short form, which helps us maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

We're excited to share that we've installed a new smoke and noise alarm for our lovely guest's safety and comfort. Rest assured, it's not a listening device, so your privacy is fully protected.
No shoes in the apartment and no hosting parties in the house with loud music. Please be respectable and treat it like your own home. We kindly ask our guests to understand that in the event of any breach of the house rules, there may be a need for eviction from the property, along with an additional charge of at least $250. This charge will vary depending on the extent of any damages incurred. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Pet fee is $50 per pet, for the whole stay. Thank you!

Great alternative to hotel rooms for PC Parents Weekend!
Property is conveniently located near a grocery store and shopping center with easy access to downtown and less than 10 minute drive to Providence College. It is a second floor unit with 4 large bedrooms and its own parking lot in the back. The apartment was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It was great for our whole family of 7 to be able to stay in one place and it fit all of us comfortably.

Alumni making a weekend revisit
I brought a friend who had never been to Providence to Doyle Avenue since it is where I used to live and super convenient for walking to Waterfire. The apartment is well appointed and modern as the photos show. The exterior of the home and the street in general are quite a bit less polished, but that should not be a turn-off. It's true to what life on College Hill is like. This unit had great parking, easy access to shopping, and is super walkable. I highly recommend it!

Great place, love the decor!
Kitchen was thoughtfully stocked. Was having my floors installed and needed to live elsewhere with our big dog. I was able to cook comfortably using various knives needed. Place is lovely.
