In general, the room was just fine. You had to connect to the Internet in the lobby. The information book in the room was missing. And there were fees for any movie you want to watch on TV. I thought it was good, not great. I was expecting more from the amenities.

No hot water running in the shower. No compensation or desire from management to fix the issue or even offer a refund or even comp the valet parking on site. Hallways and rooms smell like mildew and mold. Sheets are extremely stiff and beds old and hard. Has a feeling of being super outdated and has that "bed bug" feeling to it. Never staying here again.
