Our unit features FOUR beautifully designed BEDROOMS, and ONE BATHROOM to comfortably accommodate your group. One bedroom boasts a luxurious KING BED, while the other three bedrooms each offer a cozy QUEEN BED, ensuring everyone enjoys a restful and relaxing stay.

This unit is situated on the second floor of the house. Although there may be other guests on the first floor, you can expect a private and undisturbed stay.

Guests can opt for a $500 refundable security deposit fee (+$15 transaction fee) or $35 non refundable waiver before providing check-in instructions. This simple process involves filling out a short form, which helps us maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

We're excited to share that we've installed a new smoke and noise alarm for our lovely guests safety and comfort. Rest assured, it's not a listening device, so your privacy is fully protected.
We kindly ask our guests to understand that in the event of any breach of the house rules, there may be a need for eviction from the property, along with an additional charge of at least $250. This charge will vary depending on the extent of any damages incurred. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.

** We'd like to gently remind you that our standard check-in time is at 4 PM, with checkout scheduled for 11 AM. However, we are happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out whenever possible, provided there are no guests scheduled before or after your stay.
