You'll be captivated by the stunning views of Downtown & iconic Superman Building. Start the day at one of the nearby cafes before exploring the hidden culinary treasures of the surrounding areas. Walk to Federal Hill, Downtown, The Amp, Convention Center & colleges! Book now & be part of the excitement!

The Space:
NO PARTIES
We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for parties or for hosting events.

THE BUILDING
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there are 4 other apartments in the building. The apartment is equipped for up to 2 guests only, and designed with a central, open concept kitchen, dining and living area! Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay.

THE BEDROOM
With a dedicated space to work, lots of windows for natural light, and a large closet with custom 8-foot doors, the bedroom will be the perfect place to unwind. Off the hallway is a bathroom, with a shower/tub and many of the basic essentials you would need for your stay.

COOKING IT UP
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and some extras for your stay. You can easily cook in the apartment or dine out at the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. There are two bar seats off the island, a two-person dining table on the deck. The deck is a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning sun or your favorite beverage at night as you take in the picturesque city views.

THE LIVING ROOM
The living area has comfortable seating and a 40-inch TV with cable and Netflix. It's extremely cozy and located off the deck's sliding doors to offer views of the city while you sit and relax by the TV.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment and private deck. For longer stays, we also have a coin-op washer and dryer in the basement, or there is a Laundromat a 1 minute walk away.

The Neighborhood:
The best part of this section of the city are the places that are off the beaten path. There are such great places like Bayberry Beer Hall, The Avery, Bucktown, Julian's, NitroBar, Seven Star Bakery & more. But just a short walk away, you can be on Atwell's Ave where the best Italian Restaurants in the city are located... And just over the bridge, is Downtown Providence where you have even more great restaurants, bars and lounges!

Also just over the bridge is the Convention Center and the AMP!

Essentially you can walk to everything from the apartment - car not needed in this location!

We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by.

Getting Around:
If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.

We have free parking available for 1 car only. If you bring 2 cars, you can park the 2nd car on the street during the day, but *may* get ticketed overnight, as overnight parking on the street is for residents only. There are several paid parking lots just a couple minutes away, but getting a ticket, or paying for parking is around the same cost (about $25-$35).

Other Things to Note:
We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car will be towed.
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road.

Interaction with Guests:
The building includes a shared stairwell and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartments and deck areas are exclusively for your private use. We want you to feel completely comfortable when booking with us, so if you have any questions—before, during, or after your stay—don’t hesitate to reach out through the messaging app for a quick response. For any emergencies, you can always contact me directly.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Johnson and Wales University. The apartment offers a kitchen and a balcony.
