Very decent for the price and you would not expect a restaurant connected to a smaller hotel to be nearly as nice as iron works. Locals love the place and RI has no shortage of excellent restaurants and bars.

The room was very nice. I booked through Expedia and it showed one price and said breakfast was included, but when I went to pay, breakfast was an additional charge. At that point, I booked it anyway because I was in the middle of a family emergency. Then when I checked in, I found out that parking is not free. There are a lot of places to stay in the area, I was not happy with the unexpected charges.

The mattress was awful! Could hardly sleep. My room had 2 beds and they were the same as was my son’s room mattress. They need to replace them! Very lumpy. I really thought a Hilton would be better….

The hotel and room were very comfortable and clean. Staff were generally friendly. Disappointed that there is a parking fee, not sure how anyone arrives at the hotel without a car.

I was warmly welcomed by the front desk. After taking my bags to the room I popped down to the Iron Works restaurant that is in the same building. Having a really good restaurant attached to the hotel is a big plus for me.
