Super convenient location near everything, walkable to tons of shopping, a theater, restaurants; staff are really nice and went above and beyond for me. Very clean. Rooms are big and very nice. All amenities were excellent.

One night stay, just passing through on our way back to downstate NY from Boston.The hotel had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, spacious, easy to find. Very friendly staff at front desk. There are very good restaurants close by, a strip mall with a grocery store, Marshall’s, Homegoods, a gas station, all almost walking distance. The hotel had a small bar and apparently offered a light bite if you don’t want to go out. There is also an IHop close by. No complaints, would definitely stay here again.

We had reserved a room with a king bed and a sofa bed as we were three people traveling together. The first room that they gave us did not have a sofa bed nor did the second It took three tries to get it correct which cost us an hour or our time after a very long ride. The night we got there they had fruited water right near the elevator, but once it was gone, the fruit sat there for two days with no water in it, so it looked kind of gross and it was right in front of the elevator. Either take it or away or refill it!

The shower was "disabled enabled" which left such a small barrier between the shower and the "walking" area of the bathroom that after a shower the floor was wet, which is a dangerous condition.
