We require a brief background check before providing check-in instructions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests. This simple process involves filling out a short form and providing a copy of your ID, which helps us maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

This unit is situated on the second floor of the house. Although other guests may be on the first floor, you can expect a private and undisturbed stay.

Guests can opt for a $500 refundable security deposit fee (+$15 transaction fee) or $35 non refundable waiver before providing check-in instructions. This simple process involves filling out a short form, which helps us maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

We're excited to share that we've installed a new smoke and noise alarm for our lovely guest's safety and comfort. Please don't worry, it's not a listening device, so your privacy is protected. Your reviews are also greatly valued, and we truly appreciate them. As a result, we've installed blinds in the room :)

** We regret to inform you that our game room is currently undergoing construction to enhance your future experience. As a result, the game room will be temporarily unavailable until further notice. We will definitely let you know once the game room is ready and operational.
Please, no shoes in the apartment. We kindly ask our guests to understand that in the event of any breach of the house rules, there may be a need for eviction from the property, along with an additional charge of at least $250. This charge will vary depending on the extent of any damages incurred. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.
