Villa Alexa is a new, spacious & modern house that features all modern facilities and equipment. The ground floor features an open plan fully equipped kitchen / living room area with a large breakfast bar modern furniture and large screen TV.
The second floor offers three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has a large double bed. The second bedroom and third bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds each. On this floor there is also the family bathroom and a separate shower room. In total can comfortably accommodate 6 persons in beds.
The summer time in Cyprus is meant to be spent by the pool and Villa Alexa has the best to offer in this respect. The large private swimming pool is situated in a spacious plot and surrounded by palm trees. There are plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing and tables and chairs on a beautiful breezy patio by the pool as well as a large gas BBQ.

Within 10-minute walk there can be found many beautiful beaches including Sunrise Beach and a bit further down the famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sports you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away.
