This high-end 3000 sq ft beachfront lakehouse comfortably sleeps 14 guests on 3 level and a separate Bavarian-styled "Hütte." Described as a spectacular home by previous guests, it boasts four self contained bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A rumpus room on the lower level contains a bunk bed and lap sofabed replete with a spacious cedar-lined bathroom. In addition to all of the many amenities, you will enjoy 2 extra-large decks, impressive landscaping, and a stunning south-facing lakefront view with amazing sunrises and sunsets. Situated on the south-facing shores of lower Moyie Lake, this home provides you with a staggering 150 feet of private beachfront and a lush lawn of the same size. 2 full-sized docks, 3 kayaks, a canoe, and stand-up paddle board are also available for use. The beach house is also home to: a 14 foot Lund fishing boat with oars; life jackets of all sizes; numerous paddles; colourful noodles; an assortment of lawn games; plenty of lawn chairs; side tables; comfortable loungers; a hammock; air mattresses and their pumps; seats for the tree swing; blow up water toys; and, of course, the ever popular water guns and garden hoses! There is even a large children's outdoor Tonka toy playground called the "Construction Site." A few high-end hyper cars are also known to make an appearance. The beach is also home to an extra large stone-built fire pit and a firewood rack with plenty of wood, mallet, axe and hatchet. Hotdog and marshmallow sticks are readily available for the ever popular midnight-snack. A great way to wind down from an exciting day and share stories of hilarious moments and crazy antics.
