2,000 sq ft on split level--Walk-in entry level has 1 bed, 1 bath. The upper level includes an open floor plan -with a full kitchen, dining room that seats 6, living room and lanai. Off the living room is a Master bedroom with en suite bath and lanai, and AC wall unit. Downstairs you'll find the laundry room with washer and dryer, next to the 2nd larger Master bedroom with en suite bath (shower and tub) and another lanai. There are 3 AC wall units one in each Master bedroom and one in the living room that sufficiently cool the house. There is also a garage and next to the house a designated parking spot for the home. Guest parking is first come first serve. Near the house within a short walk is the community pool with jacuzzi and barbeque grills.

Great Family Vacation
We are fractional owners in this complex and always enjoy staying in these villas. Four of us stayed in this unit while the rest used our interval in another unit. Great family vacation. Villa is clean, spacious and the mountain views from lanai are beautiful. Saw several rainbows during our stay. Highly recommend and would return again.

What can I say about the location and our stay…..magnificent!! This was a fantastic location with every amenity you could possibly ask for in a Princeville house. The house came stocked with all the spices, pots and pans, paper goods, beach accessories you could need! The owners were fabulous at communicating and giving us all the necessary tips we needed for our stay!! Would absolutely stay again and loved this house!!! Mahalo from the Cyphers family!!!

Beautiful, clean house
We loved our time in this well-equipped, clean house in a great location in Princeville, about 10 min from the amazingly beautiful Hanalei beach. The beds are very comfy, and the zero-gravity chair was an absolute pleasure to relax in after a long hike! Thank you for making our vacation so comfortable and relaxing. We will be back!
