The carpet had an unpleasant odor. The breakfast was not continental, and the coffee was terrible. Additionally, the dining area was very small.

The staff were very friendly, the room was dingy , the ac had been set to 60 so if felt like a freezer and had to find blankets. The AC unit smelled very moldy and i couldnt stop coughing between the mold and the freezing temperature. All in all it was a bad night.

It was dirty and smelled. We checked in then left to a Sleep Inn. I tried to cancel because it was before 4:00 pm. So I was still charged and I will be contacting Expedia for a refund or I will stop using Expedia

Great service at check in. He was kind and very helpful. Bed was comfortable and clean. Carpet was not clean. I kept my shoes on. Room needs an upgrade. Even though the room needs replacing, I would stay again because it was quiet, felt safe and the service was top notch. We did not have the breakfast.

Quality Inn sucks for locals who 1 is a veteran US
Our power went out. We are local and needed 2 rooms. We were denied bc we were locals. My dad spoke up and im 91 navy vet and i served this country and i cant get a room when i need it. He was upset. We all were. They dont support vets.
