Check in was quick and easy, however I had ants in my room. I called the front desk and they snet someone to the room with a spray bottle and rag and told me i had to stay out for 20 minutes. I was in the lonby area for about an hour. When i went back to the room, there were atill ants by the tv and were swarming around the corner area. I went back down to the front desk and the gentleman was sent back to my room. The staff was very nonchalant about it and did not apologize for the inconvenience in any way. Pretty disappointed with this Hilton property

Beautiful hotel and area but there are ants everywhere. I killed atleast 5 in my hotel room, and saw them around the breakfast area downstairs.

I called the hotel to tell them that we were arriving late and they said no problem, when we arrived we were given a room. We were very tired and after opening the door, we saw that the room was actually not ready for customers. The bed and the bathroom had been used and not cleaned. We came downstair, and were given another room, apologies were made. Then we tried to sign in to the wifi but it did not work, we called the front desk they put us on hold and then said the room number we had to use was the old room number. Hope I do not get charge extra if the person in the other room charged something to the room.

I originally booked due to training scheduled for my job in Lawrenceville and it was cancelled. I kept the reservation and found the hotel location to be great and accessible to Trenton and PA and close enough to a variety of restaurants and shopping malls.
