It was very pleasant to stay at this hotel. Very good service, cleanliness, operation, parking, location. My only reservation: the refrigerator in my room, which is only 50 cm high, was installed on the floor, which absolutely prevents it from being used comfortably.

The place was full of young girls, cheerleaders, screaming and carrying on like wild pack of animals!! The room above us was non stop noise, banging, all night long! Called the front desk 3 times, said they'd would have them removed, after they told us that 7 girls and 1 man were in the room causing a ruckus!! This never happend!! Whatever happened to the right of quiet enjoyment and how about the fire code regarding occupancy, 8 people staying in a 1 bedroom IS INSANE AND AGAINST CODE!! Kids were running around screaming in the hallways all night long!! We didn't sleep a wink!! The beds and pillows beyond soft, the walls, floors paper thin!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! AND ALL THE MANAGER WAYNE SAID WAS.... "THERE WERE CHEERLEADERS HERE LAST NIGHT, THATS WHY IT WAS SO NOISY!!" When asked for a refund, all he had to say to me was, "YOU'LL HAVE TO CALL EXPEDIA FOR A REFUND..." The only nice part of the stay were the staff at the breakfast bar, who heard our story, agreed with us and comp'd us the breakfast!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

What a Beautiful Property. The Staff and the stay was over and Beyond. I came in town from Georgia with my grandmother to attend a baby shower. I’m so happy I picked this Marriott. The room was wonderful & clean. I had a balcony view which was amazing. The Fall colors on the tress breath taking. The BED… Most Comfortable I’ve been in a long time. I really appreciate the stay and the services. Your whole team and staff are BEYOND! I Loved it! Bob Williams

Rooms cleaned every other day. Had to ask for towels. Clean towels should be provided everyday as should fresh linens and housekeeping. Had to ask for toilet paper and tissues. Coffee maker dirty. Room 103 had a very bad mildew smell on the rt side of the bed

Housekeeping never came during my two night stay, I had to go to the front desk for new towels after calling and waiting over 30 minutes with still no one coming. The pillows were very uncomfortable and with minimal overhead lighting in the room it made returning in the evening very inconvenient

The hotel furnishings are trendy but the couch is uncomfortable and the TV is small. The small refrigerator has no freezer so the ice bags I use for travel would not freeze.
