The Flats Hotel: West Suite
This modern vintage suite is nestled on the second floor of a heritage farmhouse, above a trendy café/surf shop and one of the County's most popular clothing stores. This is definitely one of downtown Wellington's most coveted addresses. Leave the car behind at The Flats Hotel; you're steps away from everything. The West Suite is a self-contained, one-bedroom unit with a Queen bed, reading nook and a spacious, ensuite bathroom.
The Flats Hotel is ideal for couples looking to experience the culinary delights available in the County, along with wineries, art studios and beautiful beaches.
The Flats Hotel, East and West suites were a collaborative design project between The Parlour Studio and Sybil Frank Gallery. Accented with rare tropical plants, local art, antiques and vintage finds, the suites are classic, modern Prince Edward County. Carefully restored and purpose built, guests will enjoy luxurious comfort and convenience.
Stay in with Roku Internet Television and an evening of Netflix or hop out for a walk, cycle or run. The Flats Hotel is situated among Wellington's most popular shops and restaurants including: Piccolina Italian Mercato, Ideal bike rental, and Sybill Frank art gallery, as well as The Drake Devonshire, Midtown Brewery, La Condesa and East & Main. Numerous wineries, breweries, cider houses and beaches are just minutes away.
The Flats Hotel, East Suite unit can also be rented, if available, located directly across the hall. The Flats Hotel, South Suite is just down the stairs.

Prince Edward County is a very special place. You may find yourself here one weekend, falling in love and moving permanently, a large number of people have. Affectionately known as "The County" the area is comprised of small villages and hamlets scattered amongst farm fields and quaint shops. Located in Lake Ontario you will fall in love with the people, the food, nature, and art. The area hosts 3 provincial parks and over 800km of shoreline.
Getting Around:
Visiting Prince Edward County does require your own vehicle. There is no public transit or Uber in The County, although we do have a number of taxi companies and car or hire services.

Once returned your booking is 100% confirmed. This is requires as we are a member of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario and we do not own the property we manage it on behalf of the owners.

A rental agreement is required to be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking. The agreement is required as we manage the properties and do not own them.
