You can even paddle your way to famous Dunes beach for a day in the sand. This home has a furnace, central air, 3 bedrooms, 1-1/2 baths, main floor laundry - all with a view! The garage features table tennis and an extra fridge. Walk to the Dunes in minutes. This home is located on the cusp of Sandbanks National Park, central to all wineries, breweries, golf courses, restaurants, biking, hiking, antiquing, bird watching and fishing. It is clearly one of the best properties around - a rarely offered family retreat and vacation rental that comes turnkey with all the toys: Paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, floating water pad, basketball net, tether ball and badminton for hours of fun.
