The property was really nice, the room was really nice. I really enjoyed it, some constructive criticism would be the Shower head was awful and leaky and the carpet was kinda a tripping hazard potential but over all I enjoyed my stay and experience.

Graduates aren’t welcome
The managers were very rude and would not let us celebrate our graduate with a home made cake and play cards without buying their food and drink. They persisted despite moving to the lobby. We left.

The room we stayed in on the 3rd floor had a beautiful view and balcony. We have been coming here for the last few years for New Year’s because the entertainment and food are great. The furnishings were old and run down, carpet needs replacing or at least stretched! Room was very dark could use some better lighting. The Keurig coffee maker in the room was broken. Wall paper on bathroom wall was peeling. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pool was closed because the pump went out. The hot tub was not filled all the way up and needed some chlorine added to it as well. The pool area and hot tub desperately need to be remodeled. The towels by the pool were threadbare with strings hanging from them. The food at the Grey room was excellent and the servers were great. We enjoy staying here and hope someone remodels it soon. There is so much potential for this place. We paid $200 (including tax) for this room.

Nice property with amazing views of the city but in need of upgrades. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice but the room needed to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly. We were offered to move to a different room but we had already wiped everything down ourselves. We had to request a microwave which was delivered to our room. The bed was ok. I’m glad I didn’t share it with anyone because it cradled me right in the center dip. It was a convenient walk to casino, shares an entrance door with resort. They had an amazing display of ginger bread houses made by locals in the lobby, it was their 32nd year, that was nice. We had excellent customer service all the staff were very helpful. Would I stay here again probably not
