Note-There is a long-term tenant in a separate apartment that stays to himself and uses the east side far garage door.

The Luella House is located at the top of a hillside in North Prescott, centrally located and 15 minutes to Historic Downtown and just minutes away from Embry Riddle University.

We had the best stay joining all of our relatives in the hometown of our mother and were so grateful for this large and spacious home we could make a home away from home!
