The Space:
Enjoy the outdoors with a BBQ grill, loads of patio seating around our firepit, and bistro lights around the deck for added ambiance. Families with little ones will appreciate the convenience of the Pack n Play, while the fully stocked kitchen ensures a seamless and enjoyable cooking experience. This property has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an added trundle in our loft!
Relax in our detached garage which doubles as an amazing gameroom, plus our secret speakeasy/whiskey bar! Nearby there are numerous amazing mountain-biking trails and many fun outdoor activities as well.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house minus the locked owners closet via keypad entry.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood on the outskirts of Prescott, in an area called Walker. There are other homes nearby, so we ask that you are respectful of any/all neighbors. Please note that you may lose cell phone service on the way to our home. Please be sure you enable "WiFi Calling" on your phone before you arrive.
Getting Around:
Ubers & Lyfts can be difficult to find in our area. The best mode of transportation is by car, and during the colder/winter months 4WD is necessary in order to make it safely to our home. Also, please keep in mind that extreme snow at times throughout the winter is possible. There may be times where the road to our home is not fully plowed due to the extreme cases. If this happens, you may park at the beginning of the street (by the pink car) and would need to walk to the cabin the rest of the way.
Other Things to Note:
Primary Guest must be at least 21 years of age to book this property.
First, we must inform you there are NO parties or events allowed at this property. There are state and city laws that must be respected, as well as our neighbors. Any parties or gatherings of any kind will result in a minimum fine of $2,000, and will be asked to check out with no refund. The home is outfitted with a Minut device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. This is a tranquil neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding.
There are 2 cameras (front door & driveway) on the property solely to keep track of our cleaners :) Garage is not available for parking, but our driveway is spacious enough for several cars.
Our home is located in an area without cell phone service; when you're at our home, please make sure "WiFi calling" is enabled on your phone so you can still make/receive calls.
Due to insurance reasons, the living room's indoor fireplace is off limits at this time.
We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
House Rules:
Renters agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed or any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file and followed by an email breaking down the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
Primary Host Requirement: A primary host must stay at the rental property.
Local Guests Notice: Local guests within 1 hours' drive must contact us before booking.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited.
No Events or Parties: Events, group gatherings, or parties are not allowed by state law.
Security Measures: All bookings require completion of a security check through SUPERHOG.
Check-In/Check-Out: Strict adherence to check-in and check-out times is required to avoid fines.
Occupancy Limits: Guests must comply with maximum occupancy and obtain approval for additional guests.
Quiet Hours: Respectful noise levels must be maintained, especially during quiet hours.
Property Inspection: Regular inspections ensure compliance with rules and maintenance standards.
Cancellation Policy: Home Team Vacation Rentals may substitute or cancel bookings under certain circumstances.
Pet Policy: Pets (if allowed on this particular home) must be pre-approved and comply with property-specific rules.
