The apartment is on the first floor of a peaceful and quiet building, surrounded by nature and with magnificent views of the Brenta Dolomites. Equipped with a double bed, 2 foldaway single beds + foldaway bed or cot \ extra cot. Are available washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven, microwave, central heating, wifi and telephone line for outgoing calls. For the little ones are available cot \ travel cot, baby bath, high chair, walker, baby buggy, game table with chairs, box, changing table, bottle warmer, plastic feeding set, sterilizer, breastfeeding pillow . Lightweight stroller on request. The rooms and grounds are spacious enough to give free rein to small and even the four-legged friends. The garden is furnished with table and chairs and a barbecue is available. Not suitable for disabled people. Pets allowed even large size. Possibility of a parking space inside the courtyard and a second at the entrance to the side street. The building and the common parts are dated but the apartment has been renovated and offers every comfort.
In the apartment you will find a welcome kit with the necessary for breakfast and a first meal. In addition, a bathroom courtesy set and an initial kit of single-dose products for cleaning the premises are provided (washing machine detergent, fabric softener, floor detergent, dishwashing detergent and dishwasher tablets).

Slow holidey
La casa di Martina si trova in un tranquillo e ameno paese di montagna, ideale per famiglie con bambini perché qui anche i più piccoli possono passeggiare senza pericoli. La zona è ricca di passeggiate di tutti i tipi (pianeggianti, escursionistiche, percorribili con il passeggino...) e tante altre cose da fare (pesca sul lago, visita alle malghe, parchi faunistici e parchi giochi...). L'appartamento è molto spazioso e completo di tutto quello che serve anche per un soggiorno di lungo periodo, compreso tutto il necessario per i bambini (per la prima volta siamo riusciti a non caricare la macchina all'inverosimile pur avendo due bimbi piccoli). C'è anche un bel giardinetto privato con un melo (irrinunciabile nella Val di Non) e altri alberi da frutta, oltre a giochi per i bambini e barbecue. Martina ci ha accolto con grande calore ed è sempre stata molto disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta, fin da prima di partire.

Comoda e spaziosa
Ho soggiornato un weekend con 3 amici e ci siamo trovati veramente bene per la posizione, a pochi passi dalla piazza di Smarano, per la comodità dell’alloggio grazie alla presenza di tutto il necessario. Senza dimenticare il bel panorama della valle visibile dalla sala ed un pacco di benvenuto con diverse cose da mangiare! Molto apprezzato!

La casa è un po' datata ma dotata di tutti i confort necessari a viverci bene. Molto buona l'ubicazione in centro al paese. Adatta a soggiorni in famiglia con bambini. La proprietaria è veramente cordiale e disponibilissima.
