We welcome you to this jewel box of a home. Located in the heart of the Catskills, this Cozy Hollow A-frame is the perfect escape for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty.

Upon entry, the feeling is of immense space, with soaring 30-foot floor-to-ceiling wooden beams, an open plan living and dining layout, and unimpeded views of nature.

Catskills Cozy Hollow is a brand-new high design A-frame made of natural woods, with high-end luxury appliances. Comforting and comfortable, the home is purposefully clutter free to maximize the 360-degree views of pure nature and star cover. Complementing this are triple-glazed windows, radiant geothermal heat, and fresh, white Egyptian cotton bed linens. Whether inside or out, there is a sense of simple pleasure and wellbeing.

Escape from city life and home distractions. Relax and connect with nature. Perfect for a romantic getaway, family holiday, hiking, skiing, writer’s retreat, resting and relaxing, and outdoor exploring. Nearby are Windham, Hunter and Belleayre ski resorts. Kaaterskill Falls, the Prattsville hiking path, local swimming hole, and other attractions.

This recently built home comes with two bedrooms and a third convertible loft bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, and one and a half baths. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and half bathroom. The second room includes two bunkbeds. The loft comprises a living space with a desk and a fold out queen-sized sofa. The dining room and living room are open plan with soaring views of nature and a 14’ by 52’ deck for birdwatching and stargazing. Ideal for 2 – 6 people. Accommodates up to 8 people.
