First night bedroom ceiling was short we could not stand up and bathroom was down stairs with 39 stairs we asked to change they gave us new room in the busy night club we were up until 2:00 a.m because of noses and bathroom was so small and toilet was under the sink

A comfortable, clean hotel experience within walking distance, literally a street away from Old Town Square. They have a great breakfast buffet to get your day started. I would certainly stay there again.

Perfectly located, beautiful hotel with wonderful helpful staff and a very nice restaurant with outdoor patio. If and when we come back to Prague, we will likely stay here again.

Exceeded our expectations. Property is beautifully restored. Room was huge and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent and the Deer restaurant was the best we ate at in Prague. Property is centrally located a block from astronomical clock

Great hotel
Everything was amazing here. The only thing I would suggest is that a handrail or something to identify steps everywhere. My dad was walking to my room and there was a single random step he didn't see and fell and really hurt his ankle because he couldn't see the step. Even in the daylight. Everything else was awesome. Thank you.

Gorgeous hotel! Right in old town-2 min to the square. Room was huge-2 rooms actually-a living area with drsk, couch, 2 chairs and the bedroom. Whirlpool ttub with shower. Bathroom toiletries wete spa-lije and plentiful. Amazing experience. Loved it all. bar & restaurant were wonderful

The hotel was perfectly situated near Old Town, and very walkable to all the sites. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was decorated with each room a bit different but always making me feel like I’m in Prague. Hotel was a photo opp itself. Recommend!

This is a gorgeous hotel!! Very luxurious! Wonderful restaurant, delicious buffet breakfast, beautiful grounds, exquisite rooms! Right in Old Town. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping very efficient. This hotel was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Prague!

Interesting historical place, and I had a suite with it bathroom that was as big as most hotel rooms. Though in the heart of the old city when inside the room, it was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Awesome location
We loved the location and the hotel itself was amazing ! The room was very hot always at 24 degrees - we asked for the air con to be checked but nothing happened to fix it . The mattress is very firm but we asked for a mattress topper and it was much more comfortable Fabulous hotel
