Dear Mr. Granqvist, Thank you for choosing our hotel again. We appreciate feedback of your recent stay and bringing certain issues to our attention, which gives us room to improve. The type of reservation you booked was a single room. Previous owner always provided you a free upgrade to a double room.The room you wished for is now a triple room. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a different room type then the one you booked when the hotel is fully booked. As our loyal guest, you were offered a free upgrade (in the middle of your stay). The breakfast is no longer included in the price. This fact is stated on all websites and Travel agencies. It costs 214 Czk but the quality od food served has improved so much, it cannot be compared with the previous free breakfasts. There are two lifts in the hotel: 1)guest lift (next to the reception) which works perfectly, 2)service lift (has a big sign on the door in many languages– “SERVICE LIFT ONLY”) it shall be used by hotel staff only. There is a 3rd floor button broken, which is ordered and will be fixed in a few days. We are very sorry about hot water problem for 1,5 hr due to boiler technical issue. Our technician arrived immediately and fixed it. Please accept our apologies for the guest PC, all has been fixed. Thank you for pointing out the closet not having sufficient number of shelfs. We will inform our CEO, in case of future renovations, this would be useful. Since your check-in, the General Manager and the FO Manager have tried to do their best to address your complaints the best they could. Ex.: GM found and brought you an additional table and an armchair as you wished immediately. Your future reservation is non-refundable, therefore cannot be cancelled free of charge.
