A very authentic hotel located in the heart of the city, train drops you on the door and it is 2 min walk from the river and Charles bridge. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. We used the Sauna it was beautiful private

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. The staff was friendly, for the most part. I had to ask for the perks included in the reservation i.e. spa because they were not proactive in telling me.

They have a large comfy lounge/lobby with a full bar and patio access. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with lots of variety ...and they had some gluten free options, which I need.

Staff friendly and helpful, we had a suit which was very spacious and had kitchenette. Room had a bit of road noise and the decor a little plain. Breakfast was simple with both cooked and continental options. Cooked was scrambled egg every day with a different meat. Sausage one day bacon the next. Hotel sited next to tram stop and within walking distance (15-20min) of main attractions. Guest services very helpful. Hotels.com very unhelpful when easy jet cancelled our return flight and we wanted to change our dates. Hotel Roma were willing, Hotels.com said no. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant opposite and in town at the Kantyna.

The staff were very helpful. Made my stay perfect. They made reservations for me to the shows. They prepared a box breakfast for me on my checkout day as well as it was very early. The room was very spacious and clean. The location was very close to all attractions. I couldnt fault anything. Thank you for welcoming me to prague. I would definitely recommend hotel Roma.
