This hotel is old and charming. It is in a great location to walk to sites and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here and there is a good chance we would stay again. We only had two minor complaints. One they did not have coffee in the rooms (there was a tea kettle and instant coffee which is not coffee we are going to drink). Two there was no iron or steam press in the room. They would deliver an iron if you called down for one - but it was a bit of a hassle needing to ask for one.

This is an excellent property. It's right in the heart of Old Town Prague. The front desk staff is superb - especially Adam. I would not hesitate to stay there again. The only negative is the typical shower in a deep bathtub found in older European hotels.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast options were impressive, offering not only a variety of buffet items but also delicious à la carte choices. The service throughout my stay was impeccable. The location is ideal for exploring the city, as it’s right next to a tram station and just a short 6-minute walk to the iconic Old Town Square.
