The room was super dirty, with WC not disinfected and properly cleaned. The WC lead was broken. Somebody's hairs was everywhere on the floor on the bathroom. When I complained about the cleanliness she sprayed the WC and that's it, getting into the room without asking if it's a good time for me. So no one does proper cleaning over there. The coffee machine was covered with dust, when I showed that she laughed at my face. At the end she started arguing with me by saying that no one ever complained for cleanliness for 8 years. Staff is absolutely not customer oriented and rude. I don't know how they honored themselves 4 stars... is barely 2. Rooms have no sound isolation, whoever closes the door in the building you can hear that. The only good is location, is walkable distance to everywhere.

Great location & good value
A great location, good value and beautifully decorated! Only downsides were no air con (fan didn’t really help but it was VERY hot) and urgent phone number wasn’t answered when we called. Felt a little unsupported. I would - however - recommend the hotel but maybe not in the middle of summer heatwave.

Front desk is only open from 9am to 5pm so if at all possible try to check in during those hours. I had a situation where I knew the front desk was closed but although the hotel sent me the updated information on where to go to check in I somehow missed it so I had to walk the 500 meters to the new location and back to the room which wouldn’t have been a problem but it was pouring rain, I was carrying my luggage and the front desk person wouldn’t let me borrow an umbrella because the umbrellas “were only available to the guests at that location”…ugh! Other than that the room was nice and in a great location, right next to the old town square so all in all it was a good value for the money….

To;dr: most rooms do not have A/C. Staff is the rudest I have ever had to deal with. I was originally given a room without A/C, and it was sweltering. I came down to ask if I could move to a room with A/C, and I was told there wasn’t one, and subsequently lectured extensively about my inability to understand websites. I then asked to cancel my reservation, at which one the receptionist suddenly discovered there was a room with A/C and offered it to me for 35 euros. I said yes, and she called her boss to confirm this. At which point the price went up to 50 euros. All through this saga I kept getting told that I must read the website carefully. Ultimately I insisted that 35 was the original offer and they accepted it, and I was moved to a room with a/c, which was absolutely fine. But the amount of passive aggression, the eye rolls, the repeated lecturing about the website… made for a miserable experience. I will certainly never come back to this hotel again. Amazing how bad service can undermine an otherwise perfectly adequate hotel.

Very pleased. My room and bathroom were quite large and the staff were very helpful. It is only a couple of hundred metres to the old town square, Charles bridge in a beautiful district. You are at the centre of everything you will want to do and see.

We love the apartment because of its proximity to the old town (5 min walk) and restaurants.. also shopping.. you a literally next to Hermes shop, Celine etc.. in the summer time it might be a little hot because the rooms don’t have air conditioning ,, but that is manageable since you are out most of the time and night time is cooler.. good thing is they also have elevators.. it is also affordable to stay here .

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Excellent location, and it was quiet inside. Staff were very helpful and nice, and the rooms had plenty of space and were very nice. I would 100% stay here again!!!
