Excellent stay in the City
The hotel has a great location right in the centre of things. Room was very spacious and bathroom had very good amenities. Reception was good. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety. Service in the restaurant was very good. I enjoyed my status without having to ask for the amenities. Really all round excellent place to stay in Prague.

As a Turkish national, the variety of foods at breakfast was very disappointing. Very limited seating area and uncomfortable seats at the lobby. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money for a 5-star hotel.

Hotel was in a great location, easily walkable to the Prague highlights. Only issue is wifi didn’t work in the room at all. Would show two options neither which would connect or remain connected during brief moments.

I had a very nice stay at the cosmopolitan Prague. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, spacious, and well appointed, the bathrooms nice. Great location, too, and a lovely restaurant on the ground floor.

I don't have too much to Complain about everything was still Is to are liking. The only thing that was disappointing was taxes and parking fees. And the price for breakfast was a little too high for my liking

This was a wonderful place to stay in Prague. Staff were wonderful and easy to walk or use public transportation. We had breakfast via room service as a treat and it was delicious!
