Dear Nina, first of all, let me thank you for taking your time and posting this feedback. I am terribely sorry for all the problems that you went thru during your stay, I would like to assure you that this is definitelly not our standard service. Concerning the electricity and water failure, this was an accident caused by the construction in the neighborhood and we weren´t informed at all about it, so we couldn´t let anyone know. Whole other story is the how our staff handled the situation and I would like to assure you again, that this will be taken care of and won´t happen again. By the time you were leaving you were informed, that the refund will definitelly come, but it was neccesary to talk about it with our Front Office Manager, who was about to contact you today and arrange the total ammount. This was all a huge misunderstanding and I am really sorry that you had to go thru this whole thing. My collegue will still be contacting you regarding the refund.
