DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
The bright and comfortable house is located in a quiet residential area on Sianowska Street in Poznań. The location combines proximity to green areas and the surrounding lakes with easy access to everywhere. The house is located just 800 metres from the forest wall - Poznan's western green wedge with numerous walking and cycling paths. Wandering through these forest areas, you can reach practically the centre of Poznań without leaving the greenery.
Only 2 kilometres from the house, there are beautiful lakes: Lake Kierskie, where you can sail on a rented sailboat, and the more intimate Lake Strzeszyńskie with a pier, beaches and a restaurant.
Ease of access is an undoubted advantage of the house - you only have to drive 500 metres from the two-lane road 92, which in turn is directly connected with the S11, and the S11 with the A2 motorway. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the Swadzim Shopping Centre (charging stations for electric vehicles, a convenient car park and dozens of shops, restaurants and confectioneries), with Leroy Merlin, Decathlon and a petrol station right next door.
The convenient location makes travelling around the city extremely easy - the city centre can be reached by direct public transport in just 20 minutes or in 15 minutes by car.
The area surrounding the house has a well-developed local infrastructure. There are numerous shops, open until late: Biedronka (300m), Chata Polska (600m), Lidl (800m), Żabka (950m) and a 24-hour petrol station (320m), which will enable our guests to satisfy their daily needs.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
This cosy single-storey house with three balconies and a courtyard can accommodate 6 people. It has an area of 130 m² and is an ideal choice for families with children or groups of friends. It consists of a bright living room, a separate kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, an additional toilet and 3 balconies. The living room is a spacious interior with a comfortable sofa, a TV, a large table with chairs and a coffee table. The first bedroom is furnished with a double double bed, a wardrobe and a desk for remote work. It can be accessed directly from the large balcony. The second bedroom also has a comfortable double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe bedside lamps and access to a second balcony. The separate kitchen has been fully equipped with all the necessary items for preparing meals. It also has facilities such as a dishwasher, oven, toaster and microwave. A table and chairs in the living room will allow you to dine comfortably and have a nice time together. The spacious bathroom has a bathtub with shower function, toiletries, towels and a washing machine. Fresh linen is also provided in the house and there is WIFI internet access. For guests travelling by car, we offer a parking space in the driveway, on the premises.
