I had to log into a web page and put in my credit card number to park, along with my license plate number and the zip code for my company card, which I had to look up on my laptop. This after fighting traffic for three hours and my phone being dead. Every other hotel I've ever stayed at charged parking fees at check in. I'm doing your job. I know that landscaping costs money, but the least you could do is the front entrance. My other bugaboo is that the walls are not insulated for sound. You can hear the TV in the next room. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Breakfast was also nice.

Everything with the accommodations was great.I haven’t stayed at a Hotel in a long time. I was very displeased with the parking fee for guests. $15 dollars a day for what should of been free parking, ridiculous!!!

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn Poway San Diego and it was very nice. Friendly staff, clean room and it included breakfast and coffee and had a swimming pool. Overall it was very nice, no complaints.
