On the borders of Berry and Creuse, in the heart of the Vallée Noire, the land of the writer George Sand, close to La Châtre and Aigurande, in the countryside and isolated at the end of a path, this cottage is ideal for many hikes, quiet and relaxing activities.
It is surrounded by meadows and woods. Children will be safe there because the first roads are far away.
The plus points: 5 km away is a water sports centre (open from mid-April to the end of October with a ski lift and many other activities such as swimming, large 8x12 metre games, disc golf and pétanque, as well as an 18-hole golf course and a balneotherapy centre near the centre.
Ideal for meetings, birthdays, family gatherings... Old renovated Berry farm where you can come and relax in peace and quiet, with family or friends, with a large private garden.
On the ground floor: large living room (stove), fitted kitchen, office/laundry room, games-relaxation room or reception room, disabled toilet with sink, shower room with walk-in shower, toilet with washbasin and a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 4 90 cm beds and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and 1 bed 140 cm, shower room and separate toilet.
