The entire property was dingy and our “nonsmoking” room reeked of stale smoke. In fact it reeked of pot when we walked in the lobby and we could smell cigarette smoke coming out of nonsmoking rooms on our hall on the way to the room. The room was adequate in furnishings but the floor was sticky — all over. The brekfast was a bit of a joke - coffee only out in those few hours and breakfast was just bars, prepackaged muffins or plain oatmeal packets with nothing to put on it. Ended up checking out early and getting breakfast at Panera next store. When we asked for refund for the second night because of the smoke they didn’t hesitate and also never apologized.

Room maintenance was only average with a few things needing attention (dripping kitchen faucet, outside surface of refrigerator was filthy-inside very clean, laminate floor was “sticky” to my footwear, wall outlet was worn and my charger kept falling out).

I've stayed here a few times over all the times I've lived in the area. Typically I was eager to stay here mostly for convenience but also because it seemed cleaner and nicer than it's sister hotel across the street (which was one of the worst experiences of my life) Alas, this last time makes me wonder if I will ever stay there again. Thankfully I hadn't unpacked I just leaned back on the bed and a bed bug made it's way past my face on my pillow. I would have left then and there but part of the reason I was there was because my car was in the shop. I was moved to another room. That room had no aircon. I get moved again- the room is in far better shape but there is water damage in the bathroom. Given my options I take the water damage as it's already well past midnight at that time. I had taken a picture of the bed bug and instead of letting me just email it to someone in charge at the hotel I had to walk my phone to the lobby at 7am. They didn't do anything but look at the photo ultimately. Later I found giant (what I think were spider bites?) all on my right side. After 4 hours of sleep and all the inconvenience I was never offered even so much as a refund on my first night. The people were nice- I simply wish the hotel was better taken care of. I don't know if I'll ever be back now after this extremely terrifying experience.
