Disappointed that the pool was closed. Only reason we picked Holiday Inn in Poteau was the pool. The hotel is average, the front desk lady seemed to be in a rush. She could have been friendlier. Hopefully the breakfast is good.

Small tv 28”-32” so outdated Dated/stained carpet loose outlets no USB Descent beds/4 pillows Little “kitchen” area Room 309 little Mountain View’s Dove shampoo/conditioner Hidden mirror closet Okay water pressure Maid made up pull out couch especially for us! Updated couch bedding Quick/Easy check in Descent gym open 24 HR Very Tall ceilings. Quietness was great.

Overall, the property was very nice. Friendly staff, clean, quiet, nice breakfast. They advertise a pool and we were disappointed to it has been unavailable for some time.

When I booked this property, I entered July 21 to stay 1 night. When I received the confirmation, it stated July 29. No refunds. You, Expedia, screwed me. Needless to say, I didn't stay at Poteau July 28. I reserved a room July 21 when I got there. And it sure as Heck wasn't with Expedia.
