This is a fantastic location for your stay as you are in the middle vibrant Southsea with so much on your doorstep! There is an amazing coffee and cake shop - The Garage Lounge just opposite, there are bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, what ever you need all within a stones throw! You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and a short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyard

Beautiful & spacious 1920s-inspired studio in converted guesthouse. Finished with authentic art deco furnishings.

This generous studio gives guests ample space to relax and unwind, with a comfortable double bed, easy chair - which is also a sofa bed and smart TV. This room comes complete with Wardrobe, Dressing table, and a table with chairs for Dining or working.

A separate door leads to a Kitchenette providing basic essentials for cooking, including a single electric Hob, Microwave, utensils, crockery and glassware. *Please note there is no washing machine but there is a laundrette nearby.

Through the kitchen is a separate door to a spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.

We can provide a put up bed for a extra person. Although it's probably more suited to children than adults. Airbnb have listed the additional bed as an airbed, but it is a single camp bed.

We can also provide a travel cot or highchair but please advise in advance if these are required, so we can be sure they are available for your stay.

Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.

A damage deposit of £100 is required pre-stay, it is then refunded 3 days after check-out. It is paid via Duve, our online check-in service.

Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.

A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.

Please let us know in advance if you require bedding for the sofa bed.

There is no washing machine in the property, however, a laundrette is less than 5 min walk way.
