Shower was for handicap and was about belly height so made real chore to shower and dead bugs all in the window area and bathroom looked like house cleaning done the tile repairs

This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was filthy, busted, and rusted. Liquid stain running down the headboard, stains all over the couch. Couldn't wash your hands without water getting all over the vanity. The shower was gross. Luckily only had to stay one night. Do not stay here!!!!

Got to our room completely unpacked only to find that one of the beds was broken. We had to change rooms, not easy for 2 senior citizens who had just drove 500 plus miles. The staff was very nice got us the room next door but it’s not what we expected to do. Nice place to stay we spent the night there the previous week at the start of our trip and decided to return on our trip home.

They are obviously trying Stayed there before they have done a lot of renovations the lobby looked great but our room had multiple issues tge refrigerator was defrosting on the floor the shower the spout was loose and away from the wall the the control went all the way around and it was hard to shut off. The door to the room was hard to work in and out. Good the AC work well there was plenty of hot water. When I asked for more towels they got them right away

Dusty desk, tile in bathroom was in bad shape. Toilet didn’t flush very well, had to flush every time about 3x. Over all ok. Also a barking dog at 1 am, left alone in room, scratching at the door, 2 doors down

There was only one free outlet. The road noise was pretty intense until late at night. For some reason I was given a handicapped room. They put out lots of coffee for the coffee maker. Since it was a handicapped room, there was no easy chair.
