With so much on your doorstep, this studio is in a prime location for discovering vibrant Southsea! With bars, restaurants, shops and hairdressers all within a stone’s throw, there is so much to discover. There is also an amazing coffee and cake shop called The Garage Lounge just opposite - which we highly recommend. You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and a short distance to the seafront, Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyard or Portsmouth city centre.
Access is via a lockbox on the door
This beautiful 1920s-inspired studio resides within a converted guesthouse, offering you a space to relax and unwind. Finished with art deco furnishings, this studio is both stylish and elegant. The juliet balcony overlooks the wild garden to the rear of the property.
The kitchenette will allow you to make simple meals and includes a microwave, single hob, sink and fridge. You will also find cutlery, crockery, glasses and tea and coffee.
It's a perfect base for exploring Southsea as its walking distance to most places and plenty of lovely places to eat and drink.
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.
