Luxury, modern larch wood house, 4 miles from Portree with stunning Loch and Cuillin mountain views. Perfect for up to 4 people with 1 ground floor king bedroom, 1 twin bedroom on the first floor, 2 lounge areas & 2 bathrooms.

This spacious spacious property is the perfect base for relaxing & exploring the Isle of Skye.

The stunning open plan ground floor lounge and dining area is well furnished with a comfy sofa and armchairs where you can gaze out of the floor to ceiling windows to Loch Portree and watch the tide drift in and out, whilst the fabulous modern wood burner keeps you cosy in the colder months. Once the sun has set, there is a large SMART TV with Sky TV and a Bluetooth speaker for music.

At the top of the stairs you have a second spacious lounge area furnished with a sofa and occasional chair, with more dual aspect windows, stunning views, natural light, SMART TV, board games and writing desk. Perfect for relaxing and finishing that book, binging on a series or doing some yoga!

Cuillrigh is equipped for your every need. Ideally located for resting or exploring. Floor to ceiling windows throughout the ground floor living and dining area offer you stunning views across Loch Portree and to Ben Tianavaig.

The modern, fully equipped kitchen with CircoTherm oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer has everything you could need and makes cooking and entertaining a pleasure. The dining area lies to the other side of the room and you can enjoy the dual aspect views over Ben Tianavaig, the loch and the often sighted Eagles and buzzards that soar above.

Bedroom 1 - The ground floor offers access to a double bedroom with jumbo window and stunning Cuillin mountain range vistas. Waking up with this view is like no other and you can relax in the super luxurious bedding and take it all in.

Bedroom 2 - Upstairs you will find a large second bedroom with twin beds and dual aspect windows, so you can gaze out at the ever changing weather and glorious views.

Each bedroom has luxury Egyptian Cotton 540 thread count linen, occasional chairs, hanging space and chest of drawers with plenty of storage.

Bathroom 1 - Downstairs is a family bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and large walk in shower, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Bathroom 2 - Upstairs you will find a second bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, electric shower and maybe the best view you will ever have when brushing your teeth! Soft fluffy hand and bath towels included.

Both bathrooms have complimentary Arran Aromatic Toiletries (Hand wash, hand cream, body-wash, shampoo and conditioner) and a hairdryer can be found in each bedroom.

This spacious property allows you to be social if travelling with people or if you need time and space you can easily retreat to one of the view points and relax.

Doors lead out from the lounge area onto a deck and patio with table and chairs where you can sit with a drink or dine al fresco and soak up the scenery. The spacious garden that wraps around the property blends with its rugid surrounds, this stunning home is delightful in every way. The garden offers loch and mountain scenery along with a view of the Old Mann of Storr in the distance. Plus there is a large grassed area to the side of the property, perfect for outdoor exercise or a game of boules. Also keep an eye out for the horses and deer that roam nearby.

At night enjoy some star gazing as the property and Skye itself offers some of the best dark skies in Europe.

A utility room offers you space for storage, washing machine, dryer and an area to kick off your boots and coats.

Built to passive house standards, this super insulated, energy efficient building has a low ecological footprint, heat recovery system and constant supply of fresh air.

Guests have access to the entire house, patio with garden furniture, driveway, large garden with grass, wild flowers, young trees and log shed. Logs are supplied. There is private parking for 3 cars.

Perfection!!!
This home is just incredible! We had the absolute best time staying here for our family vacation. The entire place inside and out is just perfect.
