Portoferraio is the main port for the tourists who come to Elba by ferry. Upon your arrival, you can enjoy right away the beauty of this historical city, and its impressive Medicean forts and walls. The city center, only a few minutes away by car, comes alive in the evening with its typical markets and a variety of events that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
This very nice 65 square meter property is located in a recently renovated apartment building. It is very close to the main services and only a few kilometers from the renowned Portoferraio beaches: Biodola, Scaglieri, Le Ghiaie, Sansone and others that are easily reachable in a few minutes by car.
The apartment for 2/4 guests is on the first floor. You can access it through an independent external staircase. It consists of a comfortable living room with a nice couch; TV; a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven, refrigerator with a small freezer, dishwasher; bedroom with a queen bed; a small bedroom with two single beds; bathroom with shower; utility room with washing machine; large covered terrace, with table and chairs.
The property has been recently renovated; the furniture is new, modern, and functional. Other facilities: Wi-Fi, A/C and heating, public parking available nearby.

Arrival: check-in 4-7:30 p.m. Departure: check-out by 9 a.m. Utilities: Ultrafast Wi-Fi connection; A/C and/or heating; electricity, water, gas etc. included. Final cleaning: € 95 (mandatory – to pay in office at arrival). Bed linen and towels: to bring or to rent at € 20.00 per person per week (to pay and pick up in office at arrival). Pets: not allowed. Deposit: € 100.00 (to deposit at arrival). Check-in supplement: in case of arrival after 20:00 supplement of € 20.00 (to pay in office at arrival).
