Não se engane pelas fotos. Só depois que você chega você percebe que pagou MUITO CARO. O local é bem localizado. Só isso. Mas parou no tempo. O chão é de piso batido de cimento pintado de azul. Portas e janelas de madeira velho. banheiro velho com descarga DE CORDINHA!! Água amarelada e com cheiro de ferrugem. Se você gosta de rústico, ok. Mas pra mim tá mais pra velharia e falta de investimento pra renovar. área externa suja. Piscina antiga e pouco cuidada. Cobram o preço de hotel de ponta, mas oferecem estrutura precária. Definitivamente seria minha última opção em Porto.

Excellent location

After having arrived earlier than the expected checkin time my room was ready. Breakfast was great for the star rating and the staff were very helpful with my queries.

Frustration

When we arrived at Pousada Sao Luiz our Hotel.com reservation had apparently not been received/understood. While they did have a room for us, The pousada clerk communicated that we needed to pay the full amount in spite of proof we had already paid half to Hotels.com. We shared our confirmation information but he could not read or speak English. I have communicated with Hotels.com regarding the situation. The hotel room itself had several short comings. The thin sheet on the bed barely covered the old mattress. The water in the bathroom was rusty. We did enjoy the location - right in the middle of town. A great pizza place was next to the pousada, and we had arrived on a family holiday so the atmosphere was festive.

Decepcionante

A pousada é bem localizada. É possível ir caminhando para a passarela do álcool. Possui estacionamento, apesar de ser bem apertado e sem nenhuma divisão entre as vagas e depender da boa vontade dos outros hóspedes em estacionar de forma correta, além de quando se limpam a piscina drenando o fundo o estacionamento que e de chão de terra fica alagado/lameado. O café da manhã é bom, com algumas boas surpresas como o cuscuz e bolo, uma variedade razoável apesar de ser repetitivo. O preço, para alta temporada estava menos caro do que o restante da região. O que foi bom na estadia para por aí. Quarto mal iluminado, sujo, com cheiro de mofo (não bate uma luz de sol). Alugamos um quarto quádruplo e nos apresentaram um quarto triplo. Prometeram colocar mais uma cama e quando voltamos do jantar estava do mesmo jeito. Se eu não ajudasse a carregar camas, tirando uma de solteiro e voltando uma de casal, um dos meus filhos dormiria no chão. Aliás, carreguei cama e nós mesmo que pomos lençóis. Deixei a chave para serviço de quarto apenas um dia, pois muito mal arrumava-se a cama. As toalhas úmidas no ambiente mofado do quarto. Papel higiênico e Sabonete sem reposição. A TV estava queimada e assim ficou até o fim da estadia. A Internet pegava razoavelmente somente nas áreas comuns da pousada. No quarto, nem pensar. Um dia faltou água a noite e ficamos sem poder usar o banheiro. No outro descobri que o funcionário da noite esqueceu de ligar a bomba do poço. Aliás a água fedia bastante.

Razoável.

O atendimento não é bom, os funcionários se sentem incomodados ao serem solicitados, o recepcionista fica ouvindo áudio de política no volume máximo durante o café da manhã, que fica na recepção. É necessário ficar testando vários controles remotos da TV e ar condicionado até achar um que funcione. Não consegui ligar a TV.

Iniciaremos pelo banheiro: apresenta problemas de escoamento da água do chuveiro; ducha higiênica vazando com o registro fechado. Quarto: confortável, porém com uma das lâmpadas queimada, mesmo que houvesse a arrumação do quarto, não foi trocada. Café da manhã muito bom e diversificado. Hotel com foto de 20 anos atrás..ENGANANDO O POVO...tudo velho..piscina suja soltando cimento aplicado no fundo, chuveiro antigo...sai água de qualquer jeito quarto com cheiro horrível, pia banheiro solta, café muito ruim, tv com 20 anos de uso(não funcionou),luz acabou durante a tarde e na madrugada., instalação heletrica antiga tiveram trocar dijuntores...20 apartamentos somente 9 vagas... só funcionários salva. Nota Zero.

Péssimo, fomos embora.

Achamos o quarto horrivel. Nao conseguimos nem ficar pra dormir. Tivemos que procurar outra pousada em cima da hora para nos hoapedar. Nao consefuimos passar a noite. O quarto estava sujo. Nao tinha papel higienico quando chegamos. O piso estava com areia. O banheiro era horrivel. A cama desconfortavel. E pra completar, tinha uma barata morta ao lado da cama.

Bom, mas pode melhorar.

Pousada simples, porém muito boa. O café da manhã que deixou um pouco a desejar e a piscina que não pudemos utilizar por motivos de tratamento da água.
