Hotel com bom custo beneficio. A localização é boa, pero do axe moi. O quarto em que fiquei estava com um pessimo cheiro vindo do banheiro. Reclamei e trocaram prontamente o quarto. Cafe da manhã simples.

Horrível! Cheguei 11:30 vários quartos limpos e desocupados, recepção vazia. Não fizeram meu checkin. Eu estava passando mal , a chefe da limpeza disse para eu aguardar na piscina que ela ia liberar o quarto. Aguardei uma hora e meia. Vi algumas pessoas entrando para o quarto e a chefe da limpeza, muito desorganizada e mal humorada não liberava meu acesso. Pedi na recepção para falar com alguém responsável e a moça disse que o responsável estava viajando. Eu não podia adquirir nada na lanchonete devido não ter feito checkin. Quando foi 14 hs liberaram para eu ir para o quarto e fiquei sabendo que o checkin era online. Agradeço a funcionária Bruna da lanchonete, muito atenciosa. O quarto tem muito cheiro de mofo, estava cheio de moscas, não tinha copos, kit de higiene, nem telefone . O frigobar estava com cheiro ruim e é velho não tive coragem de guardar água. Fiquei apenas um dia e fui para outro hotel que eu já conhecia. O hotel e frequentado por ônibus de excursões. Ouvi muitas reclamações.

Foi uma estadia muito agradável, funcionários solícitos e simpáticos, quero destacar a Jacqueline (do café) q é de uma simpatia ímpar e o rapaz da manutenção q prontamente resolvia tudo! Café da manhã bom e c variedade de bolos e vc podia pedir tapioca. A piscina não é grande, mas boa! Tinha música o dia inteiro na piscina, mas achei meio alta! Os quartos foram reformados e tem vários tamanhos, no q fiquei não era tão grande. Me estressei um dia, pq cheguei e não tinha vaga pra estacionar, o segurança da noite não tem culpa, mas não estava preparado pra lidar c a situação. Perto do toa a toa e axé moa, entre outras! Fica numa rua agradável e c comércio próximo! Único problema q quando chove, inunda a rua!

Excelente atendimento, ótima localização com muitas opções de restaurante ao redor, café da manhã muito bom, com várias opções, inclusive tapioca. O quarto muito simples, mas com colchão e ducha bons. Estrutura da piscina excelente. O que incomodou somente foram alguns hospedes na piscina com som alto, creio que o hotel poderia ter tomado providências. Do resto foram dias maravilhosos

Estrutura do hotel boa custo benefício, atendimento bom, café da manhã muito bom! Mas, fiquei decepcionada com o quarto que tinha cheiro de mofo e o colchão estava deformado de uma maneira que se deitasse do lado deformado caia da cama.
