I had a good stay at this property. full disclosure i have held top status at hilton and other major chains so i prefer on site staff and a front desk. I will say the staff was proactive and extremely responsive via whatsapp. the room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I did have some issues with hot water and initially getting in to the room but nothing too inconvenient. Location is superb and near everything you need/

The Studio apartment was clean cosy with a great bed and nice view of the city skyline. A bit of noise in the early hours woke me up so i put my ear plugs in and went back to sleep. It is a city centre location so there will be noise with bars etc v close. Do NOT let this put you off however ! I enjoyed my stay. For me what makes staying here special is the staff! They were amazing always contactable and had a sense of humour! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. Great location in the historic district. Everything is 5minutes walkable from the apartment and amazing rooftop views of the cathedral. Staff available via watsapp, very friendly and always respond within minutes. You can be on the riverfront in 5 minutes, and 5 minutes walk the other direction there is great nightlife and bars / restaurants. The apartment was clean and well equipped, private, quiet, and easy to find as it is next to the major landmark Torre dos Clérigos. For the price we can’t imagine you can get anywhere better in Porto ❤️

The apartment has a good location, in the heart of the city and surrounded by many restaurants and tourist spots. The apartment was functional though small. Did not have much storage space or a table to keep luggage or small items. There was a weird loud sound every night from some unit that was annoying. The staff was helpful over texts but could not help us with the sound before our departure.

The property is in a fabulous location, only a short walk to some of the major sites. The staff are extremely helpful and the use of WhatsApp messages was super handy. The staff had great tips for the city and couldn't do enough. There is no lift, so not for anyone who has mobility issues.

Great Apartment!
This studio was very well located in a vibrant area of Porto, and just a slow ten minute walk to the river. Bus and train were very close by. Everything you could need for a short stay was provided. Communication was very good.
