Tiago at the front desk was helpful and very caring. He also provided great insight on the city. Pedro at the cafe was also amazing and provided good feedback on food and wine choices. They didn’t get 5 stars because there was one front desk lady in the evening that was rude and not helpful. She wasn’t wearing a name tag so I can’t call her out.

Everything you want in a hotel. Japanese style design. Modern, practical, affordable, clean, excellent breakfast buffet, helpful staff. I joked with my wife that any future travel should be to cities with Yotels. Not a single thing to complain about.

It has a sui generis decoration. Very clean room. On the outside it looks to be located in a sketchy area at night, but it is actually not bad during the day. Great shower.Room space small, but average for Europe. A bit away from downtown but since it is a relatively small city, very doable on foot to get there (15min). Convenient parking in the back. We had a sort of suite at the top floor (9) with a great view of the city.
