The hotel was close to all the sights, restaurants, cafes, train station and the river. The staff were so very helpful including a lovely lady called Marta who gave us some restaurant ideas. The room was very comfortable and spacious for us. It was very clean and the chamber maids checked daily for clean towels and making beds. There were building works around the hotel going on outside but the noise was not bad. We would definitely return as loved our stay. All the staff were so helpful and attentive.

Super cool hotel with super star staff!
Super cool hotel, with super star staff! They were so helpful with all my questions and needs. The only things is the wifi seems to be a little weak/ intermittent connection.

A great hotel, ideal location smack bang in the middle of Porto. Couldn’t have wished for better. Clean, comfortable well appointed room and facilities, welcoming with lovely helpful staff, great breakfast selection. Superb value for money. At the moment, the hotel indicates that there is major construction work adjacent to the hotel which may cause some disturbance, but apart from the fact it’s highly visible, during the times I was in the hotel and at night I never heard a thing. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel. Five stars from me. Now, only one very minuscule criticism. Whilst the hotel makes provision in the rooms for making a hot drink, it doesn’t provide anything other than one single green tea bag. Just small selection of tea, coffee and milk sachets and perfection would have been achieved!!👌

Helpful staff, excellent location. Breakfast fast not particularly great but the terrace is very lovely. I got lucky with the construction going on in the city and was only disturbed on one night out of three. Room was clean and had the necessary amenities. Negative was the AC being randomly turned off around 8am for a few hours and you were unable to turn it back on. Nonetheless, pleasant stay and would happily return.

This hotel is adorable and had everything you need. The area is perfect for walking and exploring. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We totally recommend the rooftop buffet breakfast with Paulo. He was amazing and so kind. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat

The hotel is in a perfect location in the city. There is construction outside the hotel but we couldn’t hear anything from our room. The staff at the front desk was so nice. The beds are comfy, they had a hair dryer with a diffuser attachment. We got the breakfast one morning but it was just ok especially for the price. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

If you like a quiet hotel do not stay here
Lovely looking hotel and really friendly staff But do not stay there Such a noisy area Even with shutters closed I could hear cars hooting and people laughing At 4 am was woken up by people leaving the night club up the road Then at 6 am the hooting started again

Lovely hotel with nice staff. The only slight negative is road noise but it is in the centre of a big city so that's to be expected. Not helped by major construction in the city which is clearly not the hotel's fault

The best feature of this property is the location. Steps from the Sao Bento Metro and Train Station is right in the middle of everything: landmarks, restaurants, transportation, shopping. We were advised about the new metro station construction which is being built night and day but we never heard any noises from the construction. We've stayed during the weekend so we heard noises from people partying during the night. That's all. The staff is incredible.
