Overall good stay but air conditioning did not work properly, this was the hottest month in Porto and room temperature was unbearable. We called reception twice, they provided a fan to alleviate the heat but not enough.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and professional. When we reported that the room had no heating they immediately sent us a room heater and the following morning gave us a new room

Great central location. Tasty buffet breakfast. Some rooms (mine was 527) are incredibly small with uncomfortable location of toilet in bathroom. But this is a minor issue overall unless you’re spending all day in your room

Perfect Hotel for Central Porto stay
Great, clean, comfortable hotel. Biggest bonus is it’s close to sights, restaurants, and tons of shopping. We loved Porto and thought the hotel was perfect and affordable. When you go try to get to this restaurant- Maria Rita.
