Great location along the Douro. Easy access to the Riberia area of Porto as well as Gaia. Stoingnsmell of cleaner/bleach in the hallways. Hallway carpets were worn. Great roof top bar with a river view!

Warm welcome when we arrived . We were offered a glass or Port along with some desserts . The location faced the Douro River with easy access to restaurants and activities . Excellent breakfast each morning ! Highly Recommend!

I was with 3 friends and we had a separate room each and we all really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooftop bar was very nice giving a lovely view over the river. The staff in the hotel bar were very friendly.

Beautiful place and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. We loved the water views. The breakfast was fantastic! The beds and entire room was very comfy. We would definitely stay here again if we came to Porto and I hope we do.

Hallways look a little aged and the carpets need to be replaced. When we checked in, they gave us tiny rooms that look directly into the mountainside (The hotel is dug into the mountain). The rooms were so small and smelled of mold. I went to the desk and said this was not going to work for us and they immediately gave us a better room with the river view. Other than that, the stay was great. It is a great location away from most of the very busy Porto city but very walkable. Great location and nice hotel.

There was a communication gap about parking. We gad to park about 1 mile away and walk our luggage to the hotel. There was no where to park so we could check in and we had to pay almost $200 to park. We were not told that there was parking available on sight. Otherwise a nice place. AC was weird. It would shut off in the middle of the night
