Não sei nem por onde começar! A portaria e recepção não são 24h conforme informado no site hotéis.com, chegamos 6:40 e ficamos esperando 20 minutos até um hospe sair e nos deixar entrar (ou seja, nenhuma segurança!). Conseguimos voltar para o hotel apenas no final do dia pois nosso curso durava o dia todo, então andamos com nossas malas de um lado para outro o dia inteiro. Quando chegamos fomos muito mal atendidas e a pessoa que fez nosso check in disse que a informação do site não era válida! (Oi???) Fomos informadas de que as 7h teria a gerente do hotel para conversarmos com ela; saímos 7:35 pois nosso curso começava as 7:45 e não conseguimos fazer o check out antes do meio dia pois estávamos no curso! Voltamos 17:30 para fazer o check out e NOVAMENTE não tinha ninguém na recepção, apenas a camareira, que disse não ser responsável por pagamentos e check outs! A mesma ligou para a gerente, que disse que podíamos simplesmente ter deixado as chaves na recepção do hotel antes se sairmos se manhã (sendo que qualquer pessoa que passa na recepção podia pegar as chaves, entrar no quarto e levar qualquer coisa e nós seríamos as responsáveis, já que ainda não tinha sido realizado o check out!) Incompetência e descaso total! Para completar, as louças estavam tão sujas que os copos estavam grudados nos pratos. Solicitamos uma troca dia mesmos, que não ocorreu!

La habitación es buena amplia cómoda ,faltan algunas cosas como algo en que calentar agua .ya que dispone de cocina,. Dice servicio de limpieza incluido ,nunca fue nadie ,la recepción dice 24hs ,se retiró el sábado de tarde y no regresó el domingo sin avisarnos y lo peor que no pudimos sacar los autos del estacionamiento pues no nos dejaron control para abrirlo tratamos de llamar al teléfono , nadie atendió teníamos que regresar el lunes a la madrugada y el recepcionista nos dijo que no regresaba hasta las 8hs Fuimos dos familias yo di mi tarjeta para pagar la parte mía ,,así fue ,al pedir la tarjeta de la otra familia dijo que no había sistema pero pasó la mía sin decirme nada y me cargaron a mi cuenta e no fin una lastima pues el hotel es bueno y buena hubicacion

Procuramos o hotel por estar em uma área próxima ao Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre. Com vários restaurantes nas proximidades, local tranquilo. Apart Hotel com bons serviços, estacionamento fechado e coberto, quarto bem arrumado e limpo. Preço muito bom!

O conforto é um ponto positivo, porém a garagem para carros grandes( Caminhonete) não é ponto forte é a Internet NÃO funciona, repito, NÃO funciona, fiquei hospedado por 3 dias pois a empresa reservou e pedi para a gerente resolver o problema com a net e a resposta que tive foi que ela nao podia fazer nada, que se eu quisesse descesse até a recepção que lá funciona bem. Enfim, troquei de hotel pois dependo de internet para trabalhar e na NÃO funciona!

Bom custo x benefício.
O local é quase ermo, com um grande terreno em frente. Não dá para sair à pé à noite, é o apart não tem serviço algum, além de bebidas. Mas o quarto é grande, limpo e os recepcionistas são simpáticos. Hotel para dormir e se deslocar de Uber.
