There was no Wi-Fi in my room nor TV conection, when reporting the problem I was lead to a representative in another state and he could not fix it. The door was broken from inside, not safe although the building has security. Dirty bathroom and floors, really dirty. There was a nespresso coffee machine with specific refills, not enough coffee for the days and inability to make coffee due the specifications, and at the laundry there was disrespectful owners/rentals disrespecting my guest rights. This was the worse I wish get money back from the days without Wi-Fi

No parking available (even though they offered last week and despite plenty of space available in the building) and very poor security to enter the apartment (all apartments have the same basic 2-digit code, varying only the apartment number). Definitely not recommended this level of exposure in Brazil

Excellent, even in soft opening! All very automatic. In and out with no hassles. Codes to door and WiFi prior to arrival. All works well. Rooms impeccable. Nice area of Porto Alegre

Sehr schöne kleine Zimmerwohnung mit moderner Küche. Sehr gut gelegen in einem ruhigen Quartier. Die beiden Pool sehr angenehm. Leider ist die Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Es fehlt an vielem, Rüstmesser, Korkenzieher, nur ein Weinglas, …. Schade, sonst ist dies eine perfekte Adresse

O fato de toda a comunicacao ser feita por WhatsApp é um grande complicador. Quando cheguei, o quarto estava extremamente sujo, com ralo do banheiro quebrado e com o sofa todo manchado.

Ótima localização, excelentes acomodações. Pra se oferecer uma cozinha no local, visto ser um estúdio, não tinha pano de prato. No banheiro não tinha toalha de rosto e nem tapete. Ofereciam ferro vaporizador de passar roupa, mas o pedestal onde você coloca o cabide com a roupa não tinha.

Falta de limpeza/problemas na fechadura eletrônica
Já nos hospedamos outras vezes no Charlie, mas, pela primeira vez, tivemos problemas na entrada. O código da porta não funcionou e, por sorte, o zelador apareceu por engano no andar errado, pois o retorno pelo WhatsApp levou horas. Além disso, as roupas de cama estavam manchadas e sujas, o sofá estava imundo com diversas manchas, e, ao procurar um brinco embaixo da cama, encontrei o local extremamente sujo, incluindo um copo quebrado. Isso é inadmissível, especialmente considerando uma taxa de R$ 150,00 para limpeza.

Sou fã do Stay Charlei Moinhos. Mas essa a decepção foi extrema. Apto mau limpo em todos os sentidos. Banheiro, armários, lustres, cortina, edredom e manta. Tudo sem a devida higienização. E mais surreal! Uma toalha no armário do banheiro com vômito. Pela cor da toalha, já estava lá a mais bastante tempo.
