The location is good; however, the room is not very clean. There were hairs on the shower wall, and the hairdryer was dirty, with visible makeup marks on it. Dust was noticeable in some areas that appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time. The hairdryer didn’t work, but the staff was nice enough to bring us a new one.

Really nice property. Wish they were in Rochester, NY. The floor was not clean; everything else was. Like the brand and size of the tv, beds were comfortable and the shower had a removable showerhead and good water pressure. Like the soap and etc.

Used this hotel for a family trip to Maine because it offered parking and breakfast. We spent 3 nights. The only issue was that housekeeping did not service our 2 rooms. Other than that everything else was great.

The price was right, but could have been lower. The room could have been cleaner. I noticed baseboards were heavy with dust. The bathroom door had dirty smudge marks along the edge of the handle side, location. The overflow in the sink was disgusting, extremely gunked up. If anyone is like me, weak stomach, than when you are brushing your teeth your eyes are looking right at it. The bed could have had better pillows, no plumpness at all. We had room 321, quite noisy from the highway. If I were to stay again, I'd definitely ask to have my room on the mall, front side.

Great stay with my family. Everything was in waling distance. Breakfast was amazing. Parking was plentiful. Staff were great and attentive. My only complaint would be to have chicken or turkey sausage for breakfast as a lot of people dont eat pork.. on 3 occasions the sausage was pork.

Free Breakfast was nothing special if I’m being honest, I ended up walking to the Starbucks in the same parking lot for breakfast. The room was okay. I think the cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to details as I kept finding strands of hair on the ground in my room that were not mine.
