I enjoy the close proximity to shopping and restaurants that this hotel offers me! Starbucks in the parking lot has to be one of my favorite things! The parking lot is always full at night, which unfortunately means parking in another business’ parking lot and walking in the dark because they do not turn on the lights of the hotel parking area. This always feels very unsafe. The lights are there, but they are not turned on. Most staff at the desk are very kind and welcoming. I will likely stay again, but I do wish that they would turn the lights on at night.

The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly and couldn’t fault them at all. The room however was not clean, especially around the corners of the room, baseboards full of dirt and hairs in the bathroom. The bedding was very thin, we only had 3 pillows all very flat and pretty useless so not a great night sleep. Not sure about the soundproofing advertised - we could hear the man under us talking very clearly and had to run white noise to drown him out so we could sleep. Also the photo online of the breakfast isn’t a true reflection of what is actually available which is misleading. There is no waffle maker which was disappointing and there was not as many options available as the photo suggests like options of fruit and pastries in glassware. The pool table was a great addition though and good options in the gym plus the ability to go next door to the pool was great. I’d say it’s good value but just needs some extra attention to the cleanliness

Clean room, comfy bed, but sheets were pilled and need to be replaced. Many of the breakfast items ran out. Only one kind of apple for fruit. This was an annual Christmas shopping trip for my daughters and myself, so no airport shuttle was needed.

The man @ the front desk Fri @ 10am was wonderful. The man that evening wasn't friendly & was hard to understand. The hall rugs were dirty & needed to be vacuumed. The elevator & buttons were dirty & we used a cloth to touch them. Was not impressed with the Sat breakfast mess. Sunday was much better. Hard to find parking at night. A very disappointing site that I will not recommend at all.

When I arrived, check-in went smooth when I when I went up to my room as soon as I walked in, I immediately smelled smoke. I gathered all my things I went back downstairs to the receptionist, and they were very accommodating and gave us another room with no problem and apologize for the inconvenience next room was perfectly fine and clean. I had been on the road for a while so I went back downstairs to see if any snacks were available and the receptionist was nice enough to give us a few free waters and snacks along with the wine and cheese that I purchased. the breakfast in the morning was decent. There was hard boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, and an egg fritter. That was amazing. Coffee was pretty good too. The service was not bad and all of the employees were pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good. The only thing that was wrong I had a charge on my credit card that was charged and took a little while till it was credited back, but eventually it was, but I put my account into the negative and I was charged for it by my bank
