Everyone was very pleasant especially the male receptionist that worked the 3pm - 11pm shift. He was amazing, great attitude, very respectful, & willing tp help in anyway to make are stay exceptional;. He is a keeper & real asset to the Hilton Hotels.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Decorations were bright and fun but not obnoxious. Breakfast had a good variety of basic foods that most diners would be ok with. Room was very clean and was spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was really good and the place was clean and very convenient to the airport. Basic needs only. Only one chair in the room, no cups in the room, didn't like the soap dispensers they used ... you have to squeeze them and nothing comes out. If a person had arthitis, they wouldn't be able to squeeze soap to wash their hands.

The sheets on one bed were in terrible condition. Very rough and pilled. Had to have them bring me a top sheet to put over the bad one. Overall, the room was not up to par. Hilton can do better.

The front desk service was nice and responsive. We arrived to find our room was very cold and the AC/heating unit would not work but it was too late for service. So next morning I reported the issue and it was fixed by the time we returned to the room. The breakfast offering could be a bit more extensive, even if adding a waffle maker and maybe some sweet rolls/muffins.

Check in was wonderful, very polite and friendly. We overslept as we had no children or dogs to mar our sleep, so made it to breakfast ten minutes before closing. We were met with a rude breakfast clerk with "Make it quick", my daughter had a bagel in the toaster just to have it unplugged on her. Not a great start to what was a stressful weekend, but overall, not bad.
