The staff and the bed were comfortable and the airport shuttle was prompt. The room however had a broken light near the bed, an alarm clock that could not be set so I unplugged it and a broken "black out" shade. Housekeeping should make sure that maintenance is keeping things fixed

Design is very fresh and trendy - there’s gaming amenities that are unique and not typically available at other hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff was friendly and mostly helpful. The first night I slept wonderfully, but the second night, I could hear the neighbors throughout the night (VERY frustrating!) and there were a few people in the parking lot screaming after 10pm, so I barely slept the second night of my 2-night stay. I alerted the staff of the outside noise via text, but they weren’t very helpful (responded an hour later and put the onus on me to figure hour who was being noisy - bizarre!). I ended up sleeping with noise cancelling headphones in to dull the outside noise which led to a horribly uncomfortable night. Overall, my room was nice although I did find hair around the sink and vanity area that must have been from the guest before (obviously from a man having shaved). I would recommend checking this hotel out for weeknight stays, but maybe for your weekend travels, I’d unfortunately recommend another location if my final night noise concerns are typical.

When we checked into the hotel it was fast and efficient. Our room was very small, and looked clean. Once we started looking around there was hair on the sheet/blankets and in the shower. Lots of dirt in the corners of the room. The breakfast was great, however it closed by 9am on the weekdays and 10am on the weekends. The location of this hotel is perfect! Only a few miles from Old Port, 20 mins away from the lighthouse and all the shopping ypu could think of.

Easy no frills, crisp, remodeled hotel that does the job. Close to everything. Easy parking. Reasonably clean. Grab and go free breakfast. Ice machine with disposable buckets and cups near lobby. Quiet. Very happy for the price.

The facility is clean. There are a lot of hard surfaces making it easy to keep clean but noisy. The I-95 highway is close. Rooms on the back side hear all the traffic noise. The provided breakfast is adequate but fairly boring. The parking lot is usually full because it is used for airport shuttle parking.
