The parking lot was not plowed and had several inches of snow in it, there were no washcloths in our room and when I called the desk he stated he couldn't not bring them to us and that I would have to come get them, pillows were horrible and the room, especially bathroom, was not as clean as it should be.

Total surprise for a budget hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Amenities and lobby were great. I was able to work in the lobby without interference or noise. Parking was plentiful. Breakfast was ok, nothing great but had a nice selection. Bed was comfy and room was spotless.
