I didn’t like the fact that my stay was very noisy. I could hear the room above me throughout my whole stay walking loudly and running in their room all hours of the night. Also I didn’t like the fact that their complimentary water bottle in the fridge tasted like dirty sink water. I drank it and it made me sick and threw up. Also the bed sheets were super itchy that was on my bed unsure why but very uncomfortable to sleep in.

The hotel itself was very beautiful. If you have sensitivity to fragrance then avoid this hotel. We had a suite and the moment we walked into it we were hit with such a strong cleaner smell so we opened both little tiny windows but never once did the smell dissipate. I felt on the verge of having an asthma attack the whole night and for the price a room should never smell that strong. The hallways didn’t smell like that at all but the room was so overpowering that it ruined our whole experience. I was nervous to bring it up to the front desk though because the lady who checked us in didn’t seem too excited about explaining the hotel or anything to us.

Seemed like an old dump that was remodeled to try & be hip. My room smelled terrible, bathroom had a sliding door that wouldn’t close flush with wall so there was a 1 inch crack. Front desk staff was helpful but the barista working cafe was irritated & unpleasant. I work in service and have never left a poor review but this place was a total bummer.

The restaurant was supposed to be open until 10 pm and it closed early so we had to go somewhere off site. The continental breakfast was nothing more than bagels and cream cheese. Options would be nice. They should go back to offering the credit in the restaurant, assuming it is open.
