Property is right on Old Orchard Beach and has an outdoor pool and hot tub as well. The room was impeccably clean, had a small kitchenette with a two-burner electric stove. Hot water was very prompt to flow. Shower was comfortable. Furnishings were a little outdated but well maintained. Drains in the sink and tub were a little slow. Even so, we would definitely come back and would highly recommended the Sea Cliff House Motel.

We love the location od the Sea Cliff. The only thing this year is that the hot tub is still defectuous (no bubbles). We also find there was some missing kitchen tools such a salad bowl, pasta strainer and simply pan lids. There was also limited numbers of kitchen tools.

Older unit, small room in need of furnishings update, but the staff was nice and helpful. Apparently parking is a big deal to the patrons, and God help you if you’re parked in someone esport by mistake or ignorance upon arrival. Patrons and locals were rude. Service staff very nice, but maybe people in Maine have to be paid to be nice, definitely left the area with that thought!

The hotel was older, but it has been kept up well. Really hated the entrance to the room. The sliding glass door, which is where the view of the ocean was opened right up to the walkway to the other rooms. Therefore people were walking by with a complete view into our room. So for privacy we ended up keeping our drapes pulled defeating the plus of having an ocean view
