Easy check in but unaware that this oyó hotel was previously and motel from the 70s. Overall for the price it was ok. Very big rooms. Easy in and out parking.

The room smelled of cigarettes very bad and there were burns in the bedding , they provided hand soap, bath soap , conditioner and mouth wash but no shampoo and the mouth wash and conditioner were both already open so I did not use them .

The checkin process was good. Very close to the airport. Very nice staff. The room was clean but appeared larger in the photos. There was a coffee pot but no coffee. The noise from our neighbors was very irritating. They were up all night and in turn kept us up. They made the decision to leave about 3am and we were able to get a few hours sleep. Our experience would have been much better had it been in a better location.

Annoying that the lady asked me am I checking out when I was walking out the room at 10:51 and check out is at 11. If it’s past 11 then come talk to me but if I want to wait till 10:59 to check out then I can. I hate when hotels rush you out the room.

Need to change manager
While Olivia the housekeeper and her husband who handles maintenance are absolutely amazing and quick to hadle things without any fuss. The woman who runs the front desk and her husband make staying there more often than not beyond unpleasant. Not only was the lady at the desk rude and unpleasant she actually had to refund money she stole from me and to top it off she had the nerve to try and tell me that i could not have my service animal there and that if i did I had to show her my paperwork which is illegal. I stay here quite often but lately ive been looking at staying elsewher. Till they change management i do not recommend staying there.

Front desk lady is rude and unhelpful and just all around makes the stay uncomfortable while olivia the housekeeper and her husband are amazing the woman who runs the place and her husband are rude unfriendly and do nothing to fix their mistakes till it becomes an issue.
